Breaking News:Cowboys Official Owner Jerry Jones Denounce Quarterback (QB) Dak Prescott and Fires Back At Hosts For Replacement.

“Jerry Jones Questions Prescott’s Performance and Fires Back at Tough Interview Questions”

The Dallas Cowboys are on a bye week and will face the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, October 27, with a 3-3 record. After a tough 47-9 loss to the Detroit Lions on October 13, frustration is brewing within the team.

In an interview with 105.3 The Fan, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones shared his thoughts on the team’s situation and appeared to take a jab at quarterback Dak Prescott. Jones emphasized that Prescott is the NFL’s highest-paid player, suggesting that the team should expect better performance.

“We shouldn’t be in this position with the talent we have,” Jones said, referencing the loss to the Lions. “You can’t have the highest-paid quarterback in the NFL and not get more production. But he needs good blocking and proper routes to make it happen.”

Jones added, “It would help if he wasn’t going up against a team as strong as Detroit was on Sunday. They played really well.”

Currently, Prescott ranks third in the NFL in passing yards, 12th in touchdown passes, and 16th in yards per attempt. However, he also has the second-most interceptions in the league, according to Pro Football Focus.

Jerry Jones to Radio Hosts: ‘I’ll Get Someone Else to Ask These Questions’

During the same interview, Jones was asked about the Cowboys’ relatively quiet offseason, a topic frequently discussed by NFL analysts. His reaction made it clear that he wasn’t pleased with the line of questioning, even suggesting that the hosts could be replaced.Breaking News:Cowboys Official Owner Jerry Jones Denounce Quarterback (QB) Dak Prescott and Fires Back At Hosts.

“This isn’t your job,” Jones said. “It’s not your role to make me justify every decision I’ve made or apologize for them. If that’s what you want, I’ll find someone else to ask these questions. And I’m serious.”

He went on to challenge the hosts, saying, “You’re not going to figure out what’s right or wrong with this team from where you’re sitting. If you think you can, maybe you need to join this NFL meeting I’m heading to today with 32 teams—you must be geniuses.”

Jones wrapped up by acknowledging the frustration after the Lions’ blowout win. “Do you really think you can sit there with a microphone and only point out what went wrong without acknowledging the things we did right? Look, we both know we’re talking to great fans and listeners. And I am deeply sorry for what happened Sunday. I’m sick over it.”
