“Nottingham Forest Close in on Loan Signing of Winger Kristian Fletcher as Medical Commences”
Nottingham Forest are currently evaluating a winger through a medical examination as they aim to finalize his transfer.
Nuno’s team is exploring various transfer options before the window shuts until January. While acquiring a striker has been a focus, attempts to secure Eddie Nketiah and Santiago Gimenez have been unsuccessful.
However, progress is being made on a deal for DC United winger Kristian Fletcher. According to journalist Tom Bogert, the 19-year-old is undergoing his medical with Forest today. The club has agreed to a loan arrangement for Fletcher for the season, with an option to make the transfer permanent if he performs well.
Fletcher previously had a loan spell at Swansea City and has made 13 appearances in MLS for DC United this year. He will be eager to make a strong impression at the City Ground to secure a permanent move.
