“Roma’s Transfer Frenzy: Big Moves Lined Up as Dybala’s Departure Nears”

Roma plan to strengthen their squad across multiple positions once Paulo Dybala completes his anticipated move to Al-Qadsiah. Their priority target is Saud Abdulhamid from Al-Hilal. However, negotiations for Lorenz Assignon have stalled as Roma focus on other positions, according to Sky.

Roma have their sights on two high-priced options: Kevin Danso from Lens for defense and Manu Koné from Borussia Monchengladbach for midfield. They face competition from Atalanta for Danso and Milan for Koné. Milan’s pursuit of Koné could intensify if Ismael Bennacer departs, with new talks taking place with Saudi Arabia.

In attack, Roma plan to bring in another winger. Alongside their interest in Jeremie Boga, they are considering Cyril Ngonge, who may leave Napoli following David Neres’ arrival, and Matias Fernandez-Pardo.

Roma are looking to strengthen their frontline, regardless of Tammy Abraham’s potential sale, which could bring in significant funds for further reinforcements.

Our View on Roma:

With Matias Soulé lined up to replace Dybala, Roma can focus on other areas. Despite a modest transfer fee for Dybala, the savings on his wages will be beneficial, though it won’t allow for major spending unless Abraham is sold. Roma already have two solid starting defenders, so adding a reliable backup could suffice. Although they seem to be losing faith in Edoardo Bove, they don’t urgently need a midfielder as long as he remains with the team. Another right-back would be a useful addition, but a quality left winger is their most pressing need to enhance their attacking threat.
