Though still raw, Seatonโs natural athleticism and foot speed could give him an edge if he adjusts quickly to the college game’s pace. Heโs considered the future of the position, but the staff must decide whether to throw him into the fire or allow him time to develop.
The outcome of this position battle will likely have a significant impact on Texas’ ability to control the line of scrimmage, particularly against tough Big 12 and SEC opponents. With high expectations for the offense this season, solidifying the right tackle spot is a top priority.
