Celtics Legend Paul Pierce Trolls Knicks After Playoff Elimination

The New York Knicks‘ playoff run ended with a Game 7 loss to the Indiana Pacers, and former Boston Celtics star Paul Pierce didn’t miss the chance to mock them.

Pierce posted a video on social media stomping on a Jalen Brunson jersey, captioned with laughing and shushing emojis. He clarified it wasn’t personal against Brunson but aimed at the Knicks, stating he’d do it again with another player’s jersey.

In a series of posts, Pierce called Knicks fans “delusional” and mocked their playoff exit, saying, “Y’all Knick fans are delusional stfu and get over it (your) season is over, deal with it.” He also inverted their “Big Knick Energy” slogan, tweeting, “Y’all showing little Knick energy right now.”

Pierce’s actions drew criticism, especially since Brunson suffered a fractured hand during the game. Despite the backlash, Pierce remained unapologetic, continuing to taunt Knicks fans online.

This isn’t the first time Pierce has mocked the Knicks. Earlier, he compared them to an Instagram model, suggesting they look good online but not in reality. His latest antics have reignited the long-standing rivalry between the Celtics and Knicks, adding fuel to the fire for future matchups.
