BREAKING:Bills Rivalry Exposed Shocking Reinforcement Of Veteran Quarterback Joe Flacco Against This Weekend Showdown.

“BREAKING: Colts Turn to Veteran QB Joe Flacco Again in High-Stakes Showdown Against Bills”

The Indianapolis Colts’ veteran quarterback Joe Flacco is set to start again this weekend at home against the Buffalo Bills, according to James Boyd of The Athletic.

Flacco had a rough outing last week against the Minnesota Vikings’ defense on Sunday Night Football, stepping in as the starter in place of second-year quarterback Anthony Richardson. In that game, he completed 16 of 27 passes (59.3%) for 179 yards (6.6 yards per attempt), with no touchdowns and one interception, resulting in a passer rating of 63.7.

After the game, Boyd reported that Colts head coach Shane Steichen expressed confidence in Flacco, stating he still “gives the team the best chance to win” and would remain the starter “for now.”

On Monday, Steichen reinforced his support for the veteran, dismissing concerns about the team’s worst offensive showing of the season by noting that it was just one game. While Richardson’s mobility and RPO capabilities offer more options in the run game, the Colts and Steichen appear to be in no rush to reinsert the 2023 fourth-overall pick into the starting lineup after just 10 career starts.
