Everton has announced the recruitment of two new players to their academy.
The 12 newest students who will play for the under-18s in 2024–25 were revealed by the Toffees.On Monday night, they had a great presentation evening at Goodison Park.
Braiden Graham is a player among them. The striker from Lindfield, a team in Northern Ireland, has joined Everton. When Graham made his debut at the age of 15 years and 137 days, he became the youngest player in club history.
The Northern Ireland under-18 international, Graham, spoke about his move to Merseyside to the Belfast Telegraph. “I went there to see about the place at the end of the 2022/23 season, and the whole feeling around the club made me think it was perfect for me. I felt there was a good pathway at Everton. It just felt right.” “I was at Goodison Park on the final day of that season and Everton beat Bournemouth 1-0 to stay up. Watching that game, I was like, ‘I want to play here.'” “My goal this season is to play in the Youth Cup at Goodison and then, the following season, go and play at the new stadium.””I want to get comfortable with the Under-18s as soon as possible, then keep going and try to get into the Under-21s and the first team as soon as I can.”

Ceiran Loney is another promising forward that Everton has added to their roster. He joins from Scottish team Patrick Thistle and made his senior debut in May, becoming the youngest player in club history in a 4-1 loss to Dundee.
According to the Daily Record, Brighton & Hove Albion had shown interest in Loney after he scored twice in a trial match.
