“Roma Proposes Tammy Abraham to AC Milan Amid Striker Search and Transfer Hurdles”
Another source reports that AC Milan have been offered the chance to sign Tammy Abraham from Roma as the latter looks to offload players.
Milan is still in search of a new striker for the upcoming season. While Joshua Zirkzee of Bologna is their top target with negotiations quite advanced, they are also considering alternative options.
Milan has already reached an agreement with Bologna and the player, but has not yet finalized terms with agent Kia Joorabchian. Joshua’s brother, Jordan, could play a key role in concluding the deal.
Due to the complications in securing the Dutchman, Milan is exploring backup plans. According to Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews), Roma recently proposed Tammy Abraham to Milan.
The deal would cost €25m plus bonuses and would reunite Abraham with his close friend and fellow Cobham graduate Fikayo Tomori. Abraham has struggled with injuries, making only eight Serie A appearances and scoring one goal.
Roma aims to sell players who are no longer in their plans to raise funds for new signings, and Abraham is considered expendable even though they are not bringing back Romelu Lukaku.
